This time every year Philadelphia Futures, with design and production help from art270, publishes Step Up to College, a college planning guide for Philadelphia’s high school students. art270 has worked with Philadelphia Futures for more than 15 years producing these comprehensive guidebooks that have grown from a simple two-color document into a full color magazine-like presentation that can’t be matched for the information it provides to Philadelphia high school students.
